Techniques involved include sewing a straight seam, setting sleeves, sewing a notched collar, and inserting a lining.

Pattern is nested to facilitate cutting between sizes if needed.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Fabric suggestions: Medium to heavy weight woven coating fabrics such as melton, boiled, or felted wool. Extra fabric may be needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design prints, or nap.

Lining: Typically you want to line your jacket with something that will easily slide on and off over other fabrics. Anything a little bit slippery would work. Rayon, silk, a cotton with a tight weave. One of our Venezia lining fabrics would be perfect.
